• Creative Inputs & Project Assets: Script text, document summaries, prompt specifications, storyboard layouts, scene parameters, and uploaded image or hand reference assets.
• Voice Audio Samples: Audio recordings uploaded exclusively for authorized AI voice synthesis or custom voice profiles.
• Billing & Transaction History: Subscription tier, credit balances, transaction timestamps, and invoice records. Full debit/credit card numbers and CVV codes are processed directly by certified payment processors and are never received or stored on our servers.
• Technical & Security Telemetry: Anonymized request metrics, browser type, operating system, and system error logs utilized strictly for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and performance optimization.

3. How We Process Your Data & Legal Bases

We process personal and project data strictly under valid lawful bases:

• Performance of Contract: To generate, render, encode, and deliver your requested whiteboard videos, synthesize speech narration, manage your account, and track credit allocations.
• Legitimate Business Interests: To monitor server health, prevent unauthorized scraping or automated DDoS abuse, protect our intellectual property, and enhance rendering pipeline efficiency.
• Legal Compliance: To maintain required financial and tax transaction records in accordance with statutory accounting obligations.

4. AI Processing, Script Confidentiality & Voice Protection

Timalens operates automated video generation pipelines that utilize cloud compute infrastructure, proprietary drawing animation algorithms, and licensed foundation AI models.

5. Service Providers & Data Sub-processors

To provide high-availability video rendering and secure authentication, we partner with industry-leading, enterprise-grade cloud service providers operating under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Database Hosting: Secure, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified data centers handling encrypted file storage, compute clustering, and database operations.
• AI Inference & Neural Speech Pipelines: High-performance AI inference infrastructure processing storyboard layouts and neural audio narration.
• Payment & Invoicing Gateways: PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors handling encrypted credit and debit card transactions.
• Transactional Email Delivery: Secure email infrastructure delivering one-time sign-in codes and system notifications.
• Customer Review Platforms: Independent review services that may invite you to describe your experience after you have used TimaLens. Only your email address is shared, only for that invitation, and you may decline or ask us never to send one.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your project assets, scripts, and video history for as long as your account remains open and in good standing. You maintain full control over your data:

• You may delete individual projects, storyboard assets, custom hands, or voice samples at any time directly in your workspace.
• Completed video files are retained in your dashboard for download. We recommend downloading your rendered MP4 files promptly.
• You may request complete account and data erasure at any time by contacting support@timalens.com. Upon verification, all associated personal data will be permanently purged from our active systems within thirty (30) days.

7. Security Architecture

We implement comprehensive organizational, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3/HTTPS protocols. Data at rest is secured via AES-256 bit encryption in certified cloud storage facilities with strict role-based access limits.
